The breakfast offered a tasty selection of fruits and juices. The hotel's location proved great. I could easily walk to many places. The staff members seemed helpful and friendly to all guests.

The noise from the nearby Browns restaurant and bar was significant. Loud music played every night. The sound isolation of the windows was poor, disrupting sleep. The toilet flush handle malfunctioned. I had to squeeze it hard each time.

The room felt quite dated. The air conditioning was broken in my first room. Staff managed to move me, but it was still an inconvenience. the road signage for the car park was unclear. My sat nav directed me down a bus lane, a potential fine is concerning.

the staff were fine and polite, nothing special.

The chrome cast advertised didn't work, what a joke. i asked reception and they said it was disabled. Quite annoying since i booked specifically to watch stuff. the shower head was also broken with bad water pressure, it was like i was under a leaky pipe. they fixed it but stuff like that shouldn't happen in the first place!!!
